Ice Cream

Part of a schoolwide writting assignment.
Each student had to write one paragraph describing their favorite ice cream, using all five senses as a part of that description.

Mint Chip

I like mint chip ice cream. It tastes like mint life savers with chocolate. On hot summer days if you're very quiet, you can hear it drip. It smells just like mint. It looks very very good to me. My dad likes mint chip too. Only my dad and I love mint chip. Tell me, do you like mint chip ice cream?

Rocky Road

     Rocky Road tastes good. It feels very cold when you eat it. When it is scooped it looks like a hill. It smells like a chocolate bar. Sometimes when it is quiet I like to hear me crunch the nuts.

     My favorite kind of ice cream is chocolatechip ice cream. It is good when I bite it. It sounds like a rock broke. When I touch it is cold. It looks like a lot of chocolate mountain with lots of rocks on it.

Double Chocolate Fudge

I like double chocolate fudge because I think it tastes good. My mom buys it all the time for family game night and family movie night. My mom and dad like it too. My dog likes it too. I gove my dog ice cream when ever I have some or my mom does. That is why I like double chocolate fidge.

     My favorite ice cream is chocolate chip. I like to hear it crunching. I like to tastes the chocolate chips in the ice cream I can hear it dripping. I like chip ice cream I can hear it dripping down. It feels cold in my mouth. You can't smell the ice cream It makes me feel good.

Rainbow Sherbert

     My favorite ice cream is Rainbow Sherbert. It tastes good. The pink taste like bubblegum. The orange tastes like orange. The green tastes like watermelon. When I eat it on a very hot day I can hear it drip. It feels squishy. It looks kind of like a rainbow. It smells good.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

I like Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. It feels lumpy and slimy. Sometimes it looks like a cookie with cookie dough chunks in it. When I sit down to eat it feels cold. And especially when it is hot it drips.

     My favorite ice cream is Choclate chip. It tastes crunchy. The chips look like oreos. Chocolate chip ice cream is slimy and bumpy. It smells like bubbles to me. The Vanilla melts in my mouth. That is why I like choclate chip ice cream, do you?
